You need a European or World-wide survey?
CA conduct surveys throughout Europe and in many of the major countries around the world. We have built up a network of high quality freelance market researchers, who operate to our exacting standards. By having our own teams in each country it allows us to keep in direct contact with each interviewer, briefing them personally on the requirements of each project and keeping in touch at each stage of the survey process.
Representative Sampling
Our interviewers based abroad are able to carry out telephone polling as well as street interviews in order to meet criteria for representative sampling. We don't recommend online polling for many projects because of the known difficulties of ensuring that it is representative and reliable. However, where overseas projects would benefit from an online poll, we work with our partner firm to produce the highest possible quality of results. Whatever type of survey is chosen for overseas projects we will provide authoritative results and enable the client to attract the widest possible interest from the world media.
Quality Control
Many firms simply sub-contract all their work abroad, but we feel this can give uneven results from one country to the next, and makes quality control very difficult. We have standardised our interviewing system around the world so that our comparative results make sense.
Questionnaires are translated by an agency that specialises in market research projects. Our foreign interviewers are nationals of the country concerned, but have a high level of fluency in English, and all translate the interviewee comments when returning their results. Every interview generated for CA comes back electronically to our central London office, where it is inputted and analysed for the client.
International Survey Prices
Costs vary according to the difficulties encountered in each country, but we can generally offer surveys abroad for only a little more than the cost of a UK survey.
